1. Shipping & Delivery
LumiGlow Peptides offers the following shipping options to ensure the integrity of your research materials:
- Express Shipping: 2-8 business days – $12.00 via UPS or USPS Priority.
- FedEx or UPS Overnight: 1-2 business days – $50.00.
Estimated Arrival Times: Arrival estimates are calculated from the day your order ships, excluding any FedEx, UPS, or USPS delays or holidays. Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances can affect delivery time.
Shipping Guarantees: LumiGlow Peptides makes no guarantees regarding delivery times once your order has left our warehouse. We use third-party shipping providers that sometimes experience delays beyond our control.
2. Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with LumiGlow Peptides. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2.1. All Sales Are Final
All products sold by LumiGlow Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and development use only. Due to the sensitive nature of our research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they meet the exception criteria listed below.
2.2. Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Products
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
- You receive an item different from what you ordered.
2.3. Reporting Requirements
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order and must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item.
2.4. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and unused, and the return is initiated within 7 working days of delivery.
2.5. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
2.6. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:
Returns initiated after 7 working days of delivery.
Products that have been opened or used.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
